Cafe Nicklis in Trippstadt

I once read the term `local heroes` and I would like the` Nicklisians` to use this term! Not only that you are there in the times of Corona (thanks to CHEF!) That he provides a parking space for a "SMALL ENTREPRENEUR"! FOR ME THIS IS A LOCAL HEROS !!!!!! Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx On to the final round of the Christmas tree sale on the Johanniskreuz! And the mobile cocktail bar in Kaiserslautern takes care of your physical well-being!

An institution for motorcyclists on the Johanniskreuz, unfortunately closed at the moment, a cool snack truck is in the parking lot in front of it in good weather and offers good refreshment and hot coffee and, with a little luck, homemade cakes, all at a fair price! 👍

Good idea in the Corona crisis.

Cozy, friendly, reasonable prices. Often very full.

Were served quickly and kindly by a young waitress. Cake and coffee / cappuccino, ice chocolate were good. Inside the cafe, it was pleasantly warm thanks to the lit fireplace.

As always, we were very satisfied with the location.

Coffee and cake. Unsatisfied the first time. Apple crumble cake that doesn't deserve the name. That was an apple paste. A pity........

Popular meeting point for hikers, cyclists and motorcyclists. From snacks to hearty meals and at reasonable prices, everything is available. I would be happy to visit this meeting point again.

Were there as previously registered day guests. Were shipped to the rear rooms. Without air conditioning or ventilation. Very warm . Food went like that. Not again voluntarily.

Good coffee and cake, nice service. Much more pleasant than in the large parking lot.

The café was very busy on Sunday, but the service came quickly and took our order. Unfortunately, the quality of the cake wasn't worthy of a cafe. A piece of Black Forest, absolutely without kirsch, looked like frozen food. The cheese cream with dry biscuit, unfortunately, tasted like nothing. Even with coffee, you probably saved on the beans. It's a shame, it was probably our first and last visit there

The waitress was very nice. The food could be a little better.

Super nice and helpful service. My salad was fresh and the dressing was probably from the bottle, but it tasted good. My fried potatoes with fried eggs were a great consumer deception! Frying does not mean deep-frying. The potatoes had never seen a pan. Inside, unlike the outside, it looked neat and inviting.

The top address if you want to take a break at the Johanniskreuz. Quasi a ritual at the end of the day :-)

It is a cozy little coffee with very nice staff and boss. Nice quiet location a bit off the road, easy parking. Good food, good service and pleasant prices, we were completely satisfied. I can recommend it with a clear conscience, therefore 5 stars from me.
